Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and authorization form.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original designer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
